* Our return policy allows you 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to either exchange or receive store credit.  Returns received after the 7th day will not be accepted. 
* Only items that are new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and shipped back to us in its original packaging will be accepted and eligible for return/exchange.  Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and in accordance to our policy.  If eligible, we will process your exchange or issue you a store credit for the purchased amount (minus shipping charges).

* Custom made pieces, sale items & special orders are FINAL SALE and excluded from this return policy.
* For health reasons and personal hygiene, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.


We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 3-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday), for pending availability, credit verification, and order process before shipping. Please note, this may take longer with custom and personalization orders, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.

  • All US orders ship via USPS Priority. All ship with tracking.  Delivery process may take 2-5 business days.   


Simply Stated Jewelry Co is NOT reliable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing we are not held responsible for the order that shows confirmed delivery to the correct or wrong address. If an order is marked as delivered, but the customer did not receive their item it is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS to report a case to find the package. Once a package leaves our workspace, Simply Stated Jewelry Co has no control over the package.


* Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
* Customer is responsible for payment of shipping and/or insurance fees related to returns.    
* We strongly advise our customers to send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
